BUT, the current issue with 2 Windows 10 PCs is that very few of the servers connect at all. I don't know what more information they need than the email address I signed up with. He finishes the review by saying that he regrets subscribing to ZoogVPN and that he still didn’t get any response or a ticket number. In his words, he wrote them four days ago from writing the review, using the live chat and they didn’t help him. ZoogVPN have requested "more information" in order to be able to help. This user even says that ZoogVPN has the worst customer support he ever encountered. I've had ZERO response to my enquiries to "support" in 3 years. You'll see below that it took over 6 weeks to respond to this review.
Very aggressive at having accurate negative reviews removed. Unable to authenticate on Windows but works on Android, at times, then switches over to work on Windows intermittently.
Support is abysmal, very rarely responding. AdGuard allows you to have both the best and worst of both worlds. Perhaps they are now a much different company to the one I have dealt with in the past.- Original and edited post below - I agree with the frustrated user. Without any change at this end, most servers now appear to be working correctly. Update: Out of the blue ZoogVPN sent me an email advising that they had renewed the (lifetime) service.
